Exploring what it really takes to collaborate for resilient and responsible mineral value chains
Collaboration in practice
Collaboration is often cited as essential – but what does it look like when it actually works? And what happens when it doesn’t?
As global supply chains face intensifying pressure, the 2025 Responsible Raw Materials conference will explore the role of collaboration in building stronger, more accountable, and more inclusive mineral value chains. We’ll discuss what drives successful collaboration across disciplines and borders, where it can fall short, and how we can build the trust and structures needed to work together meaningfully.
The complexity of working together
Following previous editions on Responsibility, the ESG Toolbox, the Just Transition, the Criticality of Trust, and Critical Choices, this sixth Responsible Raw Materials online conference will bring a sharp focus to collaboration itself—how it happens, who’s involved, and what gets in the way.
Through expert talks, case studies, and discussions, we’ll spotlight real-world experiences of collaboration—successful and otherwise—and explore what it takes to bring diverse stakeholders together for shared progress.
