BIOGRAPHY
Quinton is a Partner in Fieldfisher’s Dispute Resolution and he leads the firm’s Commercial Crime team. He has experience of representing companies and individuals facing enforcement action by various state authorities, including ongoing investigations into companies in the mining sector. In addition, he has advised companies around ESG issues, and in particular assisting clients build and implement effective compliance programmes. He has recently been appointed as the Ethics Advisor to the EU and UK-funded VECTOR project, which is exploring the possibilities of more local and sustainable mining in Europe. Quinton also sits as a criminal Recorder (part-time judge) in the Crown Court.
