Abstract
In addition to mining, the UK needs to ensure its preparedness for a circular economy of products containing critical minerals, and develop processes for reduction, reuse, repurposing and recycling. There is a key role for policy and regulation to build this environment for investment in new technologies and processes and this presentation will delve into these to identify opportunities for circularity.
