Josephine is an Environmental Engineer at Worley Consulting, specialising in hydrology, environmental impact assessments, mine closure and decommissioning, and sustainable drainage design. Originally from Perth, Western Australia, she brings global project experience across Australia, the UK, the Middle East, and North Africa.

With a strong commitment to sustainability, Josephine focuses on developing resilient environmental solutions that support responsible resource development. She currently contributes to the Capital Matters program, a global initiative convening senior mining leaders to address systemic drivers of capital overruns and advance more responsible financing across the sector.

Outside of work, Josephine enjoys travelling, diving, open‑water swimming, and spending time with friends and family.
