Isabelle has almost 20 years’ experience delivering complex behavioural and attitudinal change communications across the UK, EMEA and APAC. During this time she has worked across a broad selection of blue-chip commercial brands as well as on some of the world’s most pressing security and defence issues for a number of governments and broader security organisations.
She leads the M&C Saatchi World Services strategy team regionally across Europe. She has direct experience of delivering effective comms in closed media environments. This is balanced by a very strong understanding of audiences, identity and cognition.
Prior to this she spent 7 years driving innovation led-comms strategy at Omnicom Media Group delivering media and industry firsts with commercial clients across gaming, AI and long form content. This produced work that was awarded at Cannes across multiple years and won an Emmy in 2022. She was also the winner of the Chair’s Prize for the IPA Excellence Diploma in Brands for her work on non-binary thinking.
