Carolyn Burns

Carolyn is Head of The Resource Exchange at RESOLVE. In this role, she works with a team to strengthen inclusive, local governance in the natural resource context. Carolyn is a social performance practitioner with expertise leading collaborative problem-solving, training and research projects in the resources sector with affected communities, companies, governments, and civil society organisations. She is an active, inclusive facilitator and has experience working with people in countries around the world.  

Carolyn lives in Toronto, Canada with her family. She has a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, a Graduate Certificate in Community Relations in the Extractive Sector from Queen’s University, Accreditation from the Partnership Brokers Association, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. 

Natasha Ketter

Natasha is a Program Manager at RESOLVE, where she advances global efforts to strengthen inclusive, local governance in the natural resource sector. She co-manages The Resource Exchange, a global network connecting people to the tools, knowledge, resources, and relationships needed to support locally driven decisions about natural resource development. With over a decade of experience, Natasha has led multi-stakeholder initiatives and built networks that foster collaboration across sectors. Her work spans project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic communications, working with NGOs, civil society organizations, and academia across Canada, Africa, and Southeast Asia. She brings experience across women’s and children’s rights, public health, and natural resource governance.

Natasha lives in Toronto, Canada with her family. She is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Master’s in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership, along with degrees in international development and communications.
