Abstract:
Collaboration across disciplines, functions, and organizations has been a consistent theme throughout Britt’s career — from early-stage startups to global enterprises. In this talk, she will explore key elements of successful collaboration: cutting across organizational silos, using data as a common language across the mining value chain, and navigating people and change management through growth and acquisition. Drawing on experiences from her my current role at ALS and previous work at Goldspot and other startups, she will share insights on building bridges between technical and operational teams, fostering data-driven decision making, and supporting teams through transformational change.
