Jessica Green is a strategic advisor specialising in critical minerals traceability, supply chain transparency, and Digital Product Passports (DPPs). With over 10 years’ experience spanning sustainability strategies, public policy, and digital solutions, she works with public and private sector organisations to navigate today’s complex economic and climate-related challenges.

Jessica supports organisations in building more resilient and circular value chains, while strengthening international collaboration, focusing on the rapidly evolving landscape of policies, standards, and digital tools that enable more effective tracking, verification, and use of critical materials. She translates technical and regulatory developments into practical insights to support education decision-making.

Previously, as Deputy Director of External Affairs at Circulor, she led communications, regulatory engagement, and partnership development to support the company’s growth in traceability and DPPs solutions. She worked closely with global manufacturers, as well as materials producers, to support effective implementation that enables responsible and circular sourcing. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte, advising multinational organisations on digital transformation and ESG strategies.

Jessica is particularly passionate about using technology innovations alongside building policy and industry collaborations to support more transparent, responsible and circular supply chains.
