ABSTRACT

Beneficial ownership transparency plays a vital role in building trust and reducing risks in the supply chains for responsible raw materials. Using beneficial ownership information can play an important part in reducing the risks to business and building trust. But beyond that, companies who take a proactive approach to beneficial ownership transparency can gain a commercial advantage and contribute to reinforcing the integrity of supply chains.

In April 2023, Responsible Raw Materials hosted a training session in conjunction with the OECD Forum on Responsible Mineral Supply Chains, where Tim Law spoke on ‘Leveraging Beneficial Ownership Disclosure in Resilient Supply Chains’.
