BIOGRAPHY

Cathryn has more than 25 years experience with expertise in social performance and international development.

An ESG specialist to the natural resources sector, Cathryn regularly applies her demonstrated abilities in critical application of international standards, to due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, finance and loans.

Cathryn is engaged with academia and a number of expert and policy forum, contributing to aligning social performance and mitigation of social risk with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

She is also a skilled trainer and post graduate lecturer in participatory approaches to social development, monitoring and evaluation planning and social risk governance.
